We love our teens and want you to know we have both individual and family therapy to help improve coping skills with : Depression - Anxiety - School - Work  -  Sexuality- Relationships - Family Issues - Trauma   

Individual Therapy can be helpful for preteens and adolescents for a variety of reasons, including to provide them with a safe space to process their emotions. In person therapy in San Antonio or telehealth can assist preteens and adolescents in developing their best ways to emotionally regulate and improve coping skills. We use a combination of ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Sandtray therapy with our teens. We also have teenage counseling for improving peer connections. We are located on the Northeast side of San Antonio. We see a lot of NEISD, JISD, NISD and SAISD teens involved in athletics, band, orchestra, choir and many other clubs in and out of school. We also see homeschool teens as well!
